Horringer Pre School aims to provide an environment inclusive to all children. We are committed to ensuring that all children are given equal opportunities and the tailored support needed to achieve their full potential.
We aim to develop a partnership with parents and will always consult with parents if we feel a child is having difficulties.
We ensure that there is a smooth transition from home or setting to our setting. We build on previous knowledge of the child and find out about the best practice for that child. We provide opportunities for parents and carers to visit our setting and we can also provide home visits. We ensure a smooth transition to the next setting by sharing information to ensure the continuous provision for the child.
We work closely with parents, carers and outside agencies and prepare an action plan to ensure that their child can access all areas of the curriculum.
We are working to be an accredited ECAT setting.
We monitor speech and language development and work with Speech and Language Centre’s to try to get early support for their children in our care.
